Malina Stetzel

Malina Stetzel is the Founder and Managing Director of Triam Consulting Inc., a boutique HR Consulting firm that provides human capital management solutions to small and medium sized businesses. Some of Triam’s clients include: Watson Gloves, Kiska Metals Corp., KD Engineering, and Hoskins Scientific.

Malina has over a decade of small business management experience from managing a successfully family-run business of 25-30 employees. She has her Bachelors Degree in Political Science from UBC, a Diploma in Technology in Human Resources Management from BCIT, and her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation. Her personal goal in life is to “improve the management of people, one company at a time”, which has also become Triam’s Mission Statement.
